In past I've sometime activated a beacon on this frequency, using a CB radio; then I've think to build a really beacon...
The PA has been obtained by cutting an old CB radio; the output power is approximately6W. At the moment the antenna is a vertical 5/8. At abt 30 meters above sea level, and 5 meters from ground. I think in the future to build a 1/2 lambda ...

The antenna 1/2 lambda was built, and now this is totransmitting!
